Meals INC is a nonprofit organization in Bowling Green that provides free, nutritious meals to homebound individuals who are unable to prepare food for themselves. Their service is designed to help those who are elderly, disabled, or otherwise in need, ensuring they receive regular, healthy meals delivered right to their door. Saturday deliveries include 1 hot meal + 1 goody bag per person. Contact a church coordinator for volunteer sign-up. Volunteers support with food prep and meal delivery.
